Over this time our Managing Director and Owner Roger Connell devoted energy to building an outstanding team of family and experienced staff and loyal tradesmen. Behind the scenes, this team of resolute and hardworking management, administration, and process staff, who have years of ongoing and committed service make the business tick.

decade. These years of reliability, high-quality skill and workmanship and diligence
ensures your new home is started and completed on time – even in today’s world of

Our Managing Director and Owner, Roger, has set a special depth of care within the
business. All staff caring for each other, caring for clients, and as importantly building care and respectful relationships with suppliers, so we receive the best of service and timely supply, enabling Invision Homes to complete new home builds on time.

Roger’s care in management has underpinned the success and stability of the
business in these current uncertain times. Taking care to never over-commit the
construction capacity, so clients have their homes started and completed on time
without unnecessary stress on the business.
