The team at Invision Homes completed this new home in the regional Scenic Rim town of Kalbar in 15 weeks. Construction commenced on 16th August 2022 and the home was ready for handover to the new owners on 2nd December 2022. The new owners are delighted to be moving into their new home prior to Christmas. Managing Director of Invision Homes Mr Roger Connell said “that this amazing build time was due to a superb team effort. The pre-site team headed by Mellissa had the job to site and ready to go in super quick time from the building approval from Scenic Rim Council.” “Our Construction manager Brad and Supervisor Lee had supply and trades pre- booked well in advance and this policy really made the job flow perfectly” Mr Connell whole heartedly congratulated all the Invision Homes team for achieving this post-Covid build time record of 15 weeks!
